These changes aim to ensure that food entering Peru meets national health standards and is safe for consumers.The regulation aligns with international food safety practices and provides clearer guidelines for exporters, helping them comply with Peru’s import requirements. This step enhances transparency and supports public health while facilitating smoother trade operations.
