On 14 February 2026, Ministry of Ecology and Environment (MEE), People's Republic of China. In compliance with the Regulations of the People's Republic of China on Open Government Information (State Council Order No. 711), Ministry of Ecology and Environment publicly disclosed the approval results of the second batch of simplified registration certificates for environmental management of new chemical substances in 2026.
This batch includes 4 new chemical substances approved under simplified registration procedures, permitting their production or import subject to China's environmental management requirements for new chemical substances.

A. 3-Methyl-4-[(1-methyl-1H-benzimidazol-5-yl)oxy]aniline – Zhejiang Huishi Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. – Production

C. 1-Butyl-3-methylimidazolium hexafluorophosphate – Sinochem International Corporation – Import
