On 12 February 2026 Ministry of Ecology and Environment (MEE), People's Republic of China. In accordance with the "Measures for the Environmental Management Registration of New Chemical Substances" (MEE Order No. 12), the Ministry has reviewed 9 application materials for simplified registration of new chemical substances submitted by Saudi Basic Industries (China) Investment Co., Ltd. (SABIC) and other entities. These applications meet the requirements and are proposed for approval. Pursuant to Article 24 of the Measures, this public notice announces the details for a publicity period from 13 February to 24 February 2026.
