AICIS Fees and Levies Remain Unchanged for 202526

The Australian Industrial Chemicals Introduction Scheme (AICIS) has announced that there will be no changes to its fees, levies, or introduction value thresholds for the 202526 registration year starting on 1 September 2025. All existing charges remain in effect, as detailed in the 202526 Cost Recovery Implementation Statement (CRIS), which explains how regulatory costs are recovered under the Australian Governments Cost Recovery Framework.

Businesses currently registered with AICIS will receive renewal instructions soon. Registration is mandatory for all entities planning to introduce industrial chemicals into Australia.
