On June 09, 2025, the U.S. Environment Protection Agency (EPA) published a final rule stating that the agency extended the deadline for manufactures to submit unpublished Health and Safety studies under Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) by May 22, 2026 for following 16 chemical substances.

3. 2-anilino-5-[(4-methylpentan-2-yl)amino]cyclohexa-2,5-diene-1,4-dione (6PPD-quinone)
4. Benzenamine
5. Benzene
6. Bisphenol A
7. Ethylbenzene
8. Hydrogen fluoride
9. 4,4-Methylene bis(2-chloraniline)
10. N-(1,3-Dimethylbutyl)-N′-phenyl-p-phenylenediamine (6PPD)
11. Naphthalene
12. Styrene
13. 4-tert-octylphenol(4-(1,1,3,3-Tetramethylbutyl)-phenol)
14. Tribomomethane (Bromoform)
15. Triglycidyl isocyanurate
16. Vinyl chloride
This rule is effective from June 09, 2025.
